  1. i am sorry to bother you with my stupid questions..

i have downloaded a mpg file, and when i play it it goes really slow and freezes evry few seconds and goes back to just being slow.

is there a way to fix it?

p.s - i looked in the faq and couldn't find an answer. the nimo pack didn't seem to help either.

  2. providing other mpgs play OK on your system I would suggest that the mpg you downloaded is corrupt, if you are getting audio and visual then the correct codecs are installed so it sounds to be a dodgy mpg

  3. you could run the mpeg through virtualdub to scan for any errors
