I currently use TMPEGEnc to slice up MPEG files to put on VCDs. My question is this: Is there a tool that will easily let you specify a target VCD size and it will cut up an MPEG file into parts that will fit? I know this is tricky (relying heavily on bit rate calcs), but I'd like to just "dump" an MPEG file into a cutter, then dump each individual piece into Nero and burn it. Any ideas? Thanks
