What Aspect Ratio should I use in TMPG???

Hi,
I am not sure what aspect ratio to use when encoding my avi's in TMPG. Is there an Aspect Ratio that will keep my movie clip the original size, and it won't reshape it at all? I keep having to go through and test all of them until I find the right one, and that is really a pain.

So, does anyone know which one will keep my clip the exact size? I don't want any of the edges cut off.
