    If anyone is interested in taking the time to get thier Pinnacle Studio 7.x Deluxe card to work in Linux you can start here.

    I don't have the time to work on this so I am hoping someone will take up the cause. This is information for any capture/TV card that uses the saa7146 chipset by Philips-Semiconductors. which I believe the 7.x AVDV card uses.

    Now we've got in linux Cinelerra (http://heroinewarrior.com), wich is to me much better than Pinnacle Studio.

    Since when is cinelerra a Hardware card ?
