  1. I forgot where I read the guide for burning up to 800 MB zip file to a 700 MB CD in mode 2 (ie svcd). Does anyone have a link or the guide here?

    Thanks!

  3. But think twice, before You do it. And then do not do. Mode 2 is suitable only for files with their own error correction.

  6. Hi.
BJ's response is not the one I read about. the instructions involved renaming the desired file with a BIN extenstion (?maybe) and then burning a SVCD from the bin cue image. I have forgotten all the little details of it, especially how to create the Cue file.

In any case, thanks BJ. I'll try that.

I understand that this turns off error correction however, this is not my company's financial data that I'm trying to fit on one cd. =o)

It's a 3.2 gb Mpeg2 file that I'd like to get off my HD. I've already used bbmpeg to split it into separate 796 MB Mpeg2 files and then vcdimagergui to create the bin cue files but I'd like to keep the movie in one piece by using zip to split into 800 mb zip files.
