Ok, I've beemn encoding for awhile an for some reason when i downloaded a filter for xvid playback my THPGEnc has went crazy.Now it wil not accept any of my avi's it seemed to work fine before i fooled with tring to use that filter an from what i can seen i uninstalled it.Any help would be nice,THANKS

  3. I've got that one i think it's that filter for some reason. i think it was called ffdsshow or something like that. when i try to load tmpgenc it loads slow an it wont load the avi's at all an i did a virus scan.have any suggestions?

  4. If you've recently installed other software for DVD copying it may cause problems. The only way around this I have found is to uninstall all the related software and re-install it from scratch. I recently had problems with both TMPGEnc and DVD2AVI which were cured by a fresh re-installation.

  5. Oh dear, yeah, i'm familiar with ffdsshow, the crappiest codec pack i've seen
    Was supposed to be replacing all other codecs, nothing but trouble, make it
    absolutly sure you uninstalled it, and all it's files are no longer on your PC!

    I'd strongly suggest you Install Kristal Studio Pack and then DivX5Pro again!
    That should fix your problem.
