DVD-r doesn't work on standalone DVD player

I created some backup of my original DVDs using this method

-OSeX 0.0101b fmt:'Elem. Streams' seg:Title
-mediapipe mpegencoder to encode lower bitrate
-DVDSP
-Toast 5.1.2
-dvd media used: Princo 4,7G (2x), Creation 4.7G (1x)

this method works fine,

but i have a problem with a DVD:
the movie freezes on a precise frame of the movie
and the home dvd player doesn't eject (need to turn off then eject)

but on Mac dvdplayer and playstation2 player works

Looks like its the fault of your DVD player, not the way you burned it. Click on the DVD player link on this site and type in the player's model number to see its compatibility with different media.
