Hi all,
I've divx file with subs in txt (MicroDVD) format. They're perfectly synced with video file. I'm making conversion divx->svcd with Tmpgenc. After that, I'm converting subs with two utils (to .ssa with Sub-Edit Player ang then to .sub with MaestroSBT) then muxing them with video file using winsubmux. And - subs are completely out of sync on the final CD, played with standalone DVD, video is 10-11 second later than subs. Source file is Xvid encoded, with AC3 sound (downsampled to surround with HeadAC3). I've maded few files before and I've no such a problems - as far, just with this. What am I doing wrong? Or maybe there are some better utils to achive same stuff easier and without such a problems?
Thanx all...
Chris

i just made the same mistake, I forgot to convert the subtitels, The divx is probably 23.976fps and I f you encoded like me to pal (25 fps) they will be out ouf sync. Just use subresync to convert them to the correct framerate (subrescyns comes with vobsub)
