Hey all !!!
If I have a DivX movie and want to convert it (XS)VCD. How do I know which bitrate that gives the maximum quality withot using to much?
Is there a point of using SVCD bitrates if the original quality of the movie isnīt that great.??
if the source is bad the would the higer bitrates only be used to calculate "noise"..... Or???
Can you calculate the maximum needed bitrate (to keep original quality) using the info from the orignal avi (frames size or somethin???)
Thanks
