How to repair a corrupted DViX file?

Some dvix files is sometimes corrupted in a setan place in the movie. That makes windows media player to lock on that screen but the audio continious as usual. VirtualDub and TmpGenc craches/locks when reacing that point in the movie.

What can be done to correct the errors inthemovie???

try downloading the video again or from a different mirror. if that doesnt work try using different dvix drivers

There is no mirrors.
The file is just corrupt.

Isn't it any software that can repaire a dvix file?

There is a prog called divxfix, that will strip and rebuild the divx file so that you can play it on the pc, although if you want to transcode it to vcd /svcd it'll probably look awful with corrupt sections. There is also a registry fix called antifreeze that'll allow your divx to play without locking up......I'm sure you cand find them by searching the formu
