  1. Problem:
I have about 20 .AVI files, and only 2 of them play with video and audio, while the others only play video. When i open one of the buggered ones, windows media player (6.4) 'Attemps to download codec from website'.. After it has downloaded, there is this thing that says: Do you wish to install and run Windows Media Audio codec? i click yes and then the player says A decompressor was downloaded for this file, but it didn't work. You may need to restart your player or browser. Here is the error code thing that WMP comes up with:
Unable to download an appropriate decompressor. (Error=80040200)

Unable to download an appropriate decompressor. (Error=80040200)

A decompressor was downloaded for this file, but it didn't work. You may need to restart your player or browser. (Error=80040200)
And then the AVI plays the video without the sound.

    Answer:
I dont know....... Is there an audio codec pack that has like 5000000 codecs that i can install, and mabe the right one is there?? I know It can work as i could play it on my other computer (before it crashed and i had to reinstall windows).
