Hey all,
Just a quick question. I've been using FFMPEGX for Mac OSX to convert pretty much any movie file to VCD compatible MPEG. However, a lot of the full movies I've found on the Donkey network have those annoying "overscan" bars (ya know, those ugly black bars (not letterboxing) that sometimes appear on the sides (vertically) or on the top and bottom.
The problem is, with FFMPEGX, the crop function (that you could normally use to remove these when converting to some formats) does not work when used to convert a movie file to MPEG 1 or 2 VCD, SVCD respectively.
Does anyone know if maybe there's a better (or at least comparable) program I can use to convert files to mpeg1 compliant VCD, that can perform the crop function and AREN'T slow as hell? (like Discreet's Dreadful Cleaner program ).
Please help!
Thanks guys,
CuRmuDgeOn
