Is possible extract 4 mono (dolby soround) wav tracks from MP3. or other format? If is , how can i do? I need instructions and what kind of software i need.

a mp3 would have only a stereo track - 2 channels ...
you can convert them to wav (mono) easy enough though .. with any audio app .. like goldwave, sound forge , cooledit, winamp, or anything else really ...
