  1. Hi,

I have started to get an error message when I try and save a wav file after loading in a avi movie. The error says "The requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format. Check that the sampling rate and channel count of the input match those of the requested format". Can anyone help me with this? I have been following the 'DivX to VCD MPEG All-In-One Guide' and have been successfull with a few movies. But suddenly I get the error message even when trying to save the audio from movies which I have already been succesfull with. I cant work out what is wrong?

    Thanks

Did you do this when trying to save the WAV?
    Virtualdub > File > Open > Audio > Full Processing Mode > Compression > No compression PCM > Audio > Conversion > 44100 (if VCD)48000( if SVCD) > File > Save WAV.
    Also...download Nimo Audio Codecs.
