Does anyone have any thoughts or comments on what the minimum average bit rate is that you can reasonably re-encode to under ReMpeg and still have a decent quality movie? I'm no "techy", but I would have to believe that at or below a certain bit rate threshhold, the quality of the movie is noticeably degraded and not worth even creating.
Thanks.

dont know about everybody else but i will accept re-encoding down to
75% of the film.
if it needs more than that i will split it into 2.
