To the author: I'm trying your example #5, but having troubles ending up with the correct scaled movie size in MediaPipe (should be 352x240). My source in NTSC 16:9 letterbox video, and even though I set to scale to 360x240, then crop 4 pixels on each side, I keep ending up with a 320x240 result. Do I need to use the Add Borders pipe somehow?

The scaling and cropping values in the faq are for 4:3 DV/D8 iMovie videos. The values are calculated using this page so that the original aspect ratio is maintained:

I haven't studied whether 16:9 letterbox video should be handled differently. Anyone?
