  1. Hey all,

I'm having a weird one here. I'm encoding a two hour movie file of TV shows. I have about five total, and all are the same settings. All are 1 GB's in size, all are about 2 hours long, and all use the same DVD compliant Encoding settings.

At least it works with My DVD. But the problem with My DVD is that it has to convert the Audio, causing more space on the Disk to be used up. Too much, in fact. So, I decided to use Ulead DVD. This one dosn't convert the audio, but it dosn't recognise my MPEG file as a valid file. It keeps on giving me an error message.

However, I try another file that was encoded with the EXACT Same settings, and same hours in length, and it works perfectly.

Any ideas? I'd also be interested in programs like Ulead that don't need to encode the 48KHZ of audio to Dolby Digital like Sonic does.

    Thanks!

  2. I had the same problem, didnt accept my files encoded the exact same way as files it accepted earlier.

The really wierd thing is that when I tried an hour later with the same files it authored and burnt my disc without any problems..

  3. Unfortunatly, I just tried them again today, with a 5 hour difference, and it didn't accept it at all .
