Please Help?

I converted a .mpg using TMPGEnc to a svcd. When I try to add to Easy
Cd Creater Video CD maker it tells me in MPG info. that video bitrate, Frame size, system clock reference, total bitrate not acceptable. Can anyone help me out, this is my first time.
