i want to buy a wintv nexus an so i have some questions.

i am using a wintv go and i am capturing with virtual dub atm.
can i use vd with the nexus zu ?
if i cannot use it which other program can i use ?

i own premiere digital. is it also possible to capture this program ?
i want to capture a "free" channel (ktoon) when i am not at home. is this possible?
or is this illegal to capture it ?
