new tool DVD2DVDR 1.3.1 and CCE Errors while encoding??

I guess I can't even get this new tool to work for me. I read many of the different posts from that endless DVD2DVDR thread, and tried out the newest version. Everything went fine with the rippping, DVD2AVI, the checking files for delay correction, and starting CCE. Bur during the CCE encoding process, closer to the end, I received an error saying something about CCE ERROR check sum error, current is different from previous check sum, and had to different check sum numbers. Does anyone know why this happened or how I can correct this? I have used DVD2SVCD on several occasions to encode and never once have I gotten "any" CCE errors. I have had a lot of other issues, but never anything to do with the actual encoding. Any help would be appreciated.

another thing to note is that I checked my file sizes and even though I got that error, it appears that CCE still did it's job because IFOedit just made a new vob set and changed the .ifo file, and I created an output that was 4.12 GB'S. I checked all of the five VOBS, and they looked fine, the problem is with the audio. I had this same problem using DVD2SVCD on another movie. I was told by Adder to use smartripper for the audio, which I haven't done as of yet, I guess I will have to. But the thing that is odd is that for this same movie, CCE encoded it fine with DVD2SVCD, audio was perfectly in synch. Now I use DVD2DVDR, and get a CCE Error which I don't know if that was an effective error or not as I got all of my new.M2V file. Anyone know why the audio may be out of synch? The audio is actually 20 seconds or so "behind" the video. I had this problem before and it was 20 seconds ahead of the video, but that was using DVD2SVCD. I don't know if this makes a difference, but when I loaded up the movie DVD2DVDR said this source contains both frame and field pictures. I guess that means interlaced and progressive...anyway, it told me to keep under the encoder tab "TRUE" for Progressive frames. It said that will work for 95% or so of DVD's. That rate is fine by me, so I didn't see "true" anywhere, and assumed that meant to check the box "progressive frames", so that is what I did. Anyone know why the audio might be out of synch?

As encoding a 'NTSC' DVD with DVD2DVDR 1.3.1, the CCE error will just keep going up in middle of the process. The good news is, The author said such a NTSC-problem/bug has been fixed, finally, in the latest version 1.3.2. However, the bad news, while I trying to connect to the home page of DVD2DVDr (www.dvd2dvd-r.de) to DL the new version today, the site seems just forbit the permission to further connection....
STRANGE for that to the FREEWARE site?
