How to I get VCD (352X240) capturing with Virtualdub & W

Ok I just got the Hauppage WinTV go.

I followed the instructions from:
http://www.vcdhelp.com/mjpeg.htm

But I cannot get it to set at VCD standard.
I get 340X240 and 680X480 but nothing
inbetween. I can't get the 352X240.

I tried custom setting but it does not select.

I guess I am just stupid, any help or suggestions??
