  1. I'm trying to author a DVD-R with multiple SVCDs on.

I have managed to do everything except, when I try to join 2 SVCDs to gether to make one MPEG-2 file for the DVD-R. I always get lip sync problems?

I have tried lots of different editing software M2-Edit, TMPGEnc, EO Video to name a few. But can't seem to get it to work

If anybody else had this problem and managed to fix it please help me out this is getting very frustrating.

Try DV Tool for joining the mpg's. You should join before demuxing and resampleing.

  3. THis works great thanks for that :P

Now all I need is something to cut the a piece from the end of first MPEG and start of the second.

The truncate util in DV Tool isn't very nice for seeing where your cutting exacly

  4. HMMMM DV Tool seems to join ok but it messes up the GOB sequences

I de-multiplexd the joined file and DVDMaestro won't import it now moaning about GOB Sequence being incorrect.
