Another Subtitle Question!!!!!!

Hi there,

I hope somebody can help me with my problem. Several times before I posted here a question but nobody answerd.

Ok here we go:

Afther downloading the subtitle (SRT format ) for my movie Triple XXX, I used the SRT to SSA Convertor, and set the size to 22. Then I used VD to frameserve to my encoder.

But what I don't understand is, why the subtitle (some letters) sometimes are out of picture. Or sometimes I get 3 senses instead of 2. It's a bit annoying when the movie is perfect but the sub isn't.
