After encoding my videos i burn them on dvd disk's but i get a lot of audio dropouts and some pixalated video! The video's play fine from the hard drive without any problems.....I am not putting to much on the disk but want to know if the media itself will cause this problem?I have used disk's from compusa, rima and some cheap media(.90) from a pc show..i use a cendyne dvd burner, thanks

I have a cendyne and have not had problems.
If it plays fine on the PC and does not exceed DVD specs then your problem is most likley with the media you are using. Cheap DVD media many times have problems that are not specific but include dropouts, problems with high bitrates, problems writing past 3.5gb, and others. -
It could also be that you burned your file at a high speed, your file contains a low bitrate, you have cheapy media, or the framerate of your source file is not 23.976fps, 25fps, or 29.97fps.
