  1. Hi folks

I got some "normal" SVCDs and wanted to add Chapters using VCDEasy. As VCDEasy wanted to create the bin/cue-file it sayd that source is damaged (why didnt it report an error when I load the file?). So I desided to repair it. Using TEMPEGEnc tools I demultiplexed and finaly remultiplexed the .mpegs. With NO result. Just the same problem.
Next I tried to repair them with VCDGear. Doesn´t work because of SVCD. Then I used MPEGCorrector. This proggie fixed it, but now VCDEasy says it can only open .mpeg or stillpictures. What happened? And what can I do next?

Another problem is with aa .mpeg is that when I load it into VCDEasy It tells me that the moies length is only 5:37min. What the hell is this? Damaged VCDEasy?

Oh, with WMP everything is all right.

    Thanks a lot

Try multi-plexing with bbMPEG and see if that solves your problem. bbMPEG will put the packets in the right place and everything so your file will come up with the right size and packet placement in order for you to burn. Also, don't multi-plex with TMPGEnc as it doesn't put the packets where they're supposed to go.

    Hope That Helps!!! :P

  3. Hi puertorican138

OK, I demultiplexed the .mpeg with TEMPEGEnc and got two files: .m2v and one other (couldnt remember the ending).
As u mentioned obove I used bbmpeg which came along with DVD2SVCD. When I try to open the .m2v file bbmpeg says :"could not open file .m2v".
When I try to open the other file it says:"could not get time per frame IDirectDrawSrtream".

What is this? Do I have the wrong bbmpeg?
