  1. Converted all my Hi-8 Tapes to DVD-R on the E30... now I need to send this boring family video DVD to several relatives. How can I make copies ? I have a Pioneer A05. Can I do this ? I must saythe quality is quite good. I am not going through the 30 Tapes again and redo it for each and every family. Advice ?

i would think that you would be able to just make direct copies of each DVD through nero

  3. hi,

if u feel unsecure in doing a direct on the fly copy 1:1, do this:

copy all structure of original copy dvd into HD, and after that copy from HD as DATA in ur burning software, and dont forget the original dirs structure.

    cheers

  4. another way is you have it on DvDr already, use DvD Decrypter to make a iso copy of the disc and rewrite it back to has many other DvDr's you will need.

  5. Use RecordNow Max 4.* open the wizard - click Copy - select the number of copies - easy peasy.

  6. I will try that.. as those tapes took me a long time to put in one and take out, add, stop, change batteries, etc... so making 3-4 backups is a must. .. if you spend more than 5 days to make this... ^_^. So use the PC program to make an ISO image and Record nOw Max 4. Will it then play on any DVD players

    Hi,
I asked this very same question several weeks ago and discovered that Nero does a very easy copy. I put my authored and burned DVD-R into my Pioneer A04 and used the Nero Copy DVD routine. It copied to the hard disk and then prompted me to insert a blank disk. The resulting copy played perfectly in my standalone (something that I can't get Nero to do when it is making an original burn).
I create my DVD's with Movie Factory and find that their burns are reliable.

    Hope that this helps.
    Richard
