when i convert sub file to srt ssa file i have sync problem!
what is the best tool to convert sub to srt ssa?

Use Subtitle studio
when file is loaded check fps from avi, then display the frames , the by pressing the arrow on the lower side of the screen a conversion " window" pops up, enter the desired framrate, switch back to time display, then the conver to .... enter what you desire and save
