    Hi!

    1) Can I do a 1:1 copy of a 4,7Gb DVD-Video using MacOSX and the DVD-R writer of the new PowerBook? What software can I use to do this? Is it freeware?

    2) Can I split a DVD-Video that contains more than 4,7Gb, to two (or more) 4,7Gb DVD-R?

Thanks 4 your help and sorry for my poor English but I'm italian .

    See you!
    Daniele Esposito.

  2. Use DVD backup1.2 its awesome the way it works (drag and drop) .Most dvds are more than 4.7 gb so you will have to leave out the extras. But some you wont will be able to copy because they have an animated menu(400mb) leaving out the end of the movie
    :cry

I like OSEX. Select DVD Folders and extract the DVD using OSEX. Open up Toast, select DVD. Drag the Audio_TS and VIDEO_TS folders into it and enjoy.
