where is the video

Ok I converted the movie The beach to vcd with tmpgenc and for the first time I have come up with no picture but the audio is there I am wondering what I may have done wrong any help will be appreciated thanks in advance

Try change the directshow prirority in tmpgenc and then open the video, be sure to check that you see the video in the file->preview before encoding.

Remember also if you are making svcd you need a svcd/mpeg2 codec installed to be able play it with media player www.vcdhelp.com/play#svcd
