    I've been trying to create a SVCD of the Sopranos but have encountered some trouble. First I can't get tmTMPGenc to read the avi file even though i have all my enviromental settings correct. Second, when trying to burn encode the movie using the svcd plugin for nero the video becomes inverted and upside down.
    Can someone help me? Thanks

    use virtual dub to rotate the movie then frameserve to tmpgenc

    I think when I installed the Nimo Codec Pack it said something about not installing some kind of fix unless you had upside down video problem.

    I could be really wrong but if you haven't got any better ideas go to tools and download the Nimo (or is it Nemo?) codec pack and see if there is a componant that fixes your problem.
