Re-Mpeg2 Hangs at 99%

Does anyone have any thoughts or comments on why Re-Mpeg repeatedly "hangs" when 99% complete with the re-encoding process?

When setting up my ReMpeg "sample.cffl" file, am I supposed to include the small VOBs associated with the main movie or are these just introductions and trailers (generally the the VTS_01_0.VOB and the last VOB in the main movie block of VOB files)?

Don't worry, it's normal !! Don't know why but it works ok. You should only worry about doing the main movie VOBs, all the other VOBs should be taken into consideration when you use the bitrate calculation.
