Hi,
I know that to play correctly a vcd on my philips 711 I have to close the GOP with application like tmpgemc.
If not I cant pause or fast forward or rewind the disk.
There is an application that can close the GOP WITHOUT re-encode the mpeg files?
I know that MpegSequenceMaker can do this but I cant find this application.
Help me, please!!!!!
Best regards

It isn't so much a matter of closing the GOPs but of having regular MPEG sequence headers before each GOP.
You can use MPEG Sequence Maker which is here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/MPEGSequenceMakerv02.zip
You can actually just use TMPGEnc to put in the sequence headers if there are not present with thise process here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=126292
