I converted a divx-movie to mpeg! To avoid stuttering, I maintained the frame rate from the divx-movie which is 30frames. But as I tried to create a VCD from the mpeg-file (352 x 288, PAL) it said 'unknown framerate'? So I guess it's not possible to create a VCD which has a framerate of 30 frames to watch it with a conventional DVD player! With 25 frames, it does work, but the stuttering gets quite annoying?
Is there any solution to create a VCD with 30 frames, or a 25 frame VCD without stuttering???
Thanx!!!
Steven

You could try encoding it at 29.97fps and see if your player will play it (it may get confused by a NTSC frame rate with a PAL frame size though). It's worth a try on a CD-RW.
