  1. Hi,

Im using VirtualDub and TMPGEnc for putting subtitles on my movies
so i can burn them to VCD-discs.. I have a minor problem getting it
    work correctly.

The subtitles seems to be out of sync.. The thing is if i directly watch the
DivX movie in Windows Media Player with the subtitle it's no problem.
The subtitles work fine and are in sync.. BUT when im frameserving it to
MPEG the subtitles are NOT in sync..

Some movies are no problem framserving with subtitles.. But most movies does'nt work... I get the titles in the MPEG file but they don't display when they should..

    Someone knows what to do?

  2. When you watch your movie in mediaplayer before converting it to mpeg, it probabely is Vobsub that displays you subs. Me also I have noticed that the display by vobsub usually is more accurate then after conversion.

Here's a guide on how to sync your subs:

It only works if the subfile is in srt, smi or sub format. If it isnt, just go to some search engine and type for example SSA2SRT(If the subfile is SSA).
