please help with ATI TV Wonder VE problems

Perhaps someone can help me. I need to know if there is a guide or if someone can spell it out for me how to install the ATI TV Wonder VE. I have installed the actual card, but need to know step by step how to go about installing the drivers and which drivers I need to use. I have seen several questions and answers relating to this, but nothing has helped. Any help is most appreciated as this newbie is getting frustrated!!!

It helps to also post which operating system you are using.
The manual that comes with the card should work. The software that came with the card on cd should autorun or at least have
a setup program that should install the drivers.

Depending on which OS you use you may have a choice of drivers.

2000/XP require wdm drivers. Use the most current drivers you can get.

Also read the review/comments about card under capture cards.

Use ATI MMC 7.1 to capture mpeg1 & 2 up to 352x240(VCD).If you want to
capture higher and you live in the US CompUSA has the I/O MAGIC
PC PVR for $49.95,it captures up to 720x480(NTSC) using composite or S-video and includes PowerVCR(an excellent capture program).
