  1. I notice that the size of the vob file is almost aways 0.99 GB.

However, in a movie that I ripped today, two files are not 0.99 GB but as follows:

    4.vob is 748 Mb
    8.vob is 487 Mb

I am having problems with the audio - the final output mpg file has no audio.

Could it be for the above reason (imbalance in vob file)

    Thanks in advance.

  2. 1) it's normal that all the vob files not be 0.99 gig....(i.e. the last vob file is usually never 0.99 gig....also, for movies with multi-angles or seamless branching, smartripper's movie mode will automatically remove those from the vobs, making them less than 0.99 gig)

    2) tmpgenc can't handle big .wav files....how long was the movie, was it over 3 hrs??? can you play the .wav in media player??
