What is a BUP Datei????

Hi people i have a great problem, i have been succesful ripped but today i will riping with dvd decrypter and i see normaly a vob a ifo Datei but what is a *.BUP Datei .And after the ripping i will use the flask and its ok but the sound is missing.Is the Bup for the sound?and what can i do? A film without sound is very....

Hi leute hab bis jetzt immer erfolgreich gerippt entweder mit smartripper oder mit anderer Software und dann geflaskt und als vcd gebrannt,bis zum heutigen tag.Da tauchte doch ne BUP datei zusätzlich zur ifo und der vob datei auf.Was macht die und warum krieg ich kein Sound hin nach meiner normalen Prozedur?Wie kann ich das mit einbinden

I was under the impression that the BUP files is a BackUP of the IFO file.

If this is so, is it required on the DVD for it to play? Anyone?

I haven't used flask, so I can't help there.
