I have been learning to create menu's and chapters for VCD's on VCDEasy. At the same time I have been learning to burn a DVD rip on to one CD using TMPGenc (after converting the .vob files to a .d2v and .wav file). I was wondering if it was possible to combine the two techniques?
If it is possible, how do you do it? Thanks for the help.

If everything is infinite then nothing is definite.

Um, VCDs require that the source video clips to be in MPEG-1 of particular specs and SVCDs require MPEG-2...
You can ENCODE to those formats using TMPGEnc but it doesn't necessarily seem that you are doing so.

Anyone know if you can combine the two techniques I am writing about? If so, how do I do it? Or does anybody know a reference or guide on the net? Thanks.

I think you are overlooking something.
If you know how to encode using TMPGEnc, then ENCODE to a VCD or SVCD specification MPEG file (by using the appropriate template).
Then use these MPEG files as your source files for a project with VCDEasy.
If you want menus, you need to get some still pictures in BMP format. The easiest way is to load up your VOB files with DVD2AVI, find the appropriate screen and press "B" to save to a bitmap.
