when i use the software for making iso i got an error saying:
I/O Error!
and bla bla....what is that mean?

hey wizz,
have u tryed to read some papers and serach this forum? if u choose dvd decrypter it autenticates the dvd drive, and start access the files so u can choose.
check ur cables or something, u must be doing something wrong
but 1st try to read some stuff around, it is not for me, but others may not like and this forum have rules)))

Are you able to play DVD movie with that paricular drive ?
If you can, you may want to try out smartripper and find out
whether it is HW or SE issue ? -
It's probably an authentication problem.
Easy test: play your DVD with a software DVD player. Pause on a menu (don't close the software DVD player!) and see if DVD Decrypter works then.

well for mine the only prob i get is when i go to write the dvd then i get i/o errors and such any suggestions on that one

vitualis, i tried what you said and its not working....my DVD-ROM and DVD burner can read movies and works fine...maybe its SW...

What is the exact problem you are having wizzy?
Ripping? Writing?
