Using Ifoedit I strip the movie out, but it is sometimes slightly bigger than 4.3 GB.
Is there any feature in Ifoedit that could reduce it a little more?
Sometimes it comes out between 4.4-5 GB. There is no way to burn that on DVD!![]()

If you've stripped everything out that ya don't want, subs, languages, etc..., and the main movie is still bigger than 4.3 gigs, afraid ya gotta encode it, or split to two dvd-r's

actually, it would be "re-encode"... At a slightly lesser bitrate, just enough to make it fit.

If it's 4.5/4.6 you could strip out the ending credits and that might make it small enough. The end credits are typically 200-250MB's.
Use Vobedit to demux the last vob in the set. It will create a set of cell files, the last one is probably the credits. Delete it and remux the remaining cells with DV Tool back into a vob.
