I have a dual layer dvd that is less than 4.3 gigs and I would like to burn it to dvdr and keep the original menus. I have searched the forum and can't find the topic although I know somebody has asked how to do this before. I have tried to just use smartripper using the backup method and rip all the files to the hard drive, check it with ifoedit, and burn it to dvdr. This method doesn't seem to work. I was wonderig if anybody else has had this problem and knows how to fix it.

Zzzzzzzz -
well i use dev decrypter but same diff..
1. rip all files to hdd
2. use ifoedit to region free, remove pops, and get vts sectors
3. burn to dvd using nero , burn as data files in a "VIDEO_TS" folder...i have never gotten the "dvd video" option to werk .....but this method does me good -
Maybe it's because I didn't use the remove pops button. I thought that all that needed to be done was the get vts sectors and region free. I'll give this a try and let you know if it worked tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.
