SLow motion and fast motion

Hello.... can anyone teach me how to make fast motion video and slow one?? in premier or ulead video studio.....thankS.~~

Don't know about Ulead but in Premiere you just right click on the video file in the timeline and select speed from the dropdown box. You then enter the desired speed eg 50% then OK. To make go faster enter 150% or 200% etc. To make go backwards enter a negative number.
As easy as that ENJOY :P
