Help needed with 2 Different TMPGEnc Errors

Hi all,
Could someone please help with a few error codes I'm getting using TMPGEnc.
The first one I only get on certain films (e.g. Austin powers, panic room, Collateral Damage, Changing lanes (and more))
The error occurs at different parts of the films and stops encoding.
ERROR:-
'Read error occured at address 004A2DE1 of module 'TMPGEnc.exe' with 01BA77D8'
The first address is always the same (I think!!), but the second address changes from film to film.

The next error is off my second machine. Now I've never used TMPGEnc on this machine (It's soley for the internet).
I've installed the same version of TMPGEnc on it, but evertime I press start (after loading in the files and settings) I get a Can't load "P3Package.dll" Error.

I've tried loads of avi files using exactly the same settings from my first machine.

Can someone please help.

Got the 2nd problem sorted (p3package.dll)
But still need advice on the first problem

scan the file for error then encode, plenty of guides on the forum & site for this
