  1. im pretty new to using BIN files when burning and i just had a a couple of questions.

First one is if you have a software BIN file larger than your cd space (750mb file, 700 mb cd) can you acually burn it onto it?

Secondly if you can do it how? just liek a normal bin file or is there something extra you have to do??

I hope this is the right place for me to post this thread, im not sure where if this isn't right, so sorry in advance.

CD's are rated for their mode-1 capacity. An 80min cd can hold 700meg mode-1. VCDs, CVDs, SVCDs, etc are recorded mode-2. In mode two that same CD holds 800meg of data. Thereby that 750meg image file will work fine with your 80min/700meg (mode-1) cd because it will actually be recorded mode-2 (800meg.) Yes, you burn it just like a normal bin file. Some of the burning programs need to be configured properly for 800meg disks. After trying a while with Nero, I gave up and started using VCDEasy. If you decide to use VCDEasy you may have to install the ForceASPI drivers to get it to work.
