Chapters in VCD or SVCD????

I searched the site for it but befor I get blasted I could not find it. I read it a while back , is there a way to make seamless chapters in VCD preforably because I don't use svcd. I think it was a tutorial with Iauthor. Well I use Roxio WinOn 3.8 I also use Cequadrats WinOn 3.7PE and Video Pak 4.0. I have Nero 5.5.2.9 also. Well I have done multiple menues with WinOn 3.7PE, I'd like to give it a more DVD feel with seamless chapters. Is this possible with *VCD* or even svcd? ANy help most greatfull, Again I did do a search before I post=)

Yes, this can be done with both VCDs and SVCDs.

If you have VideoPack 4, you can do it already. You will have to use "entrypoints".

You can use I-Author, but the version commonly floating around can only do SVCDs.

VCDImager can also create entrypoints for both VCDs and SVCDs and is the freeware and open source alternative.
