NERO DOESNT RECOGNIZE CORRECT SIZE OF XSVCD?

I have a XSVCD a little over 7000 kb/s that i made. it is 795 MBS but nero reports it at atleast twice that size. I have a feeling that something about the bitrate is causing a problem in it recognizing it properly. does anyone else have a problem with that or would an update help?

Try Demultiplexing and Remultiplexing with TMPGEnc or BBMPEG. Doing this recreates the header of the mpeg/mpeg2 file

I multiplexed it with BBmpeg in the beginning. Nero says its definately an SVCD and gives me no errors with checking. Its size is just way off of the scale.
