Video Blaster Display problems

I bought the Creative Labs Video Blaster 6 months ago, got it working after some trouble, it stopped working in late summer, and I recently re-built my computer and re-installed the card. After the install, the image would come up, but shake all over the place (jitters). No help from Tech support. Now, I get no image at all, just a black screen. Any suggestions?

I've looked through all of the Creative Knowlegebase, and in here, and don't see any solutions.

Ideas anyone?

Asus A7v133 Motherboard with 512 Mb Ram 90 Gb (60 and 30) HD. Sound Blaster Live and Matrox Milleniun 400 video.
