Hi,
I'm not quite sure why, but I'm experiencing a lot of dropped frames with virtualVCR when capturing at 352x288 (around 3 per seccond), but pretty much 0 at 704x576. I wouldn't mind, except that I'm then converting to VCD format with TMPGenc and this is very slow from the larger res.
I'm using a Pinnacle PCTV card with winXP, on P4 1.6Ghz and 256M RAM.
I've tried both the Pinnacle 5.10 driver, and the generic one at http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/ as same problem.
Anyone have any ideas why this is the case?
Thanks.
