Here's my problem. I"m reencoding some .avi's to mpeg2 for DVD. Most of the episodes work, but some are strange. I'm using TMPGEnc to encode, it encodes fine no errors. The output MPEG is playable, works fine, no errors. When I import with SpruceUp, spruceup crashes on some of the files, AND when i go to create the image, I get an "error while reading a video input file." I believe its some sort of encoding problem I just am not seeing. Any help would be appreciated.

the settings were all the same throughout all the different episodes, most work, some dont. I've never played with those advanced settings so I've always used what was automatically there. Is there any info as to what to look for? frame size is dvd-half 352x240 frame rate is 29.97
