When I transfer video clip from VHS to DVD that have noise because it is taken in low light conditions, that video clip on DVD flickers (the noise is 2 frames low and 1 frame noise has more brightness, etc.) On VHS that noise is visible but doesn't flicker but on DVD it flickers (the noise is changing brighntess).
Does somebody know the scientific explenation?
Thanks...
